I have Service Tax Liability under RCM Nov'13 Rs. 150000 and paid same as on 1st dec 2013
normal service provide liability is Rs. 200000 for the month Nov'13.
i paid service tax 4th dec 2013 after adjusting RCM Payment for the month nov'13 150000 and net payment 50000.
Can i adjust RCM Credit against Normal Service Tax laibility?
Is it correct or not. please explain the same.
Yes its correct . You can adjust the ST paid by you under RCM against normal liability.
