if my first year receipts are 10.20 Lacs then i will get exemption of 10 Lacs, then if the receipt falls to 9 lacs in the next year and in the subsequent year to 8.5 Lacs then whether i will have to pay service tax?

in the first u have to pay tax on 20 k in first year and in the subsequent years u have to pay toal amount received u cant claim 10L as an exemption as u have exceded 10L Once

You have to pay service tax firsst year & second year only

You will get exemption of Rs. 10 Lacs in Service Tax in first year only. In second and subsequent years, you are liable to pay ST on full Value of Services provided without any exemption.
