I am in a confusion. Company is liable for service tax under reverse charge from begining but value of service other than reverse charge is below theshold limit of 10lakhs. In this case, whether company is liable for service tax in case of other services or not???

For Reverse Charge there is no limit you have to pay even is Rs 100 But other than reverse charge if they not register & below 10 Lk there is no service Tax
