It may be 'management, maintenance or repair services' or 'works contract services' depending upon the exact nature of services to be provided.

It can fall under " management, maintenance, repair" or " erction installation , commssioning" , or " works contract service" based on the nature of work. Fabrication can fall under Business auxiliary Service. If resultant of fabrication work is a new product, there is no service tax.
