Whether service tax return for last 3 years can be submitted.what is the procedure.I have paid all the taxes and penalty of rs 2000/- but now the penalty is increased to Rs 20000/-.Whether I have to pay the difference of Rs 18000/- or the penalty which i have paid earlier of Rs 2000/- will be sufficient.Please guide me on this.
