For the Month of March - last dt of deposit the Service tax is 31 March 

and for Apr to Feb it is 5 of next month for deposits thru bank and 6th of next month for e-payment

 and this is because of the easy allocation of revenues for budgetory allocation by Central Govt.

We understand that your query are pertaining to an organisation, company, society (other than individual/properietory or partnership firm). The last date of payment of service tax for the month of March is 31st March and payment can be made by 5th of the month for other months.  However, if you want to make payment through electronic payment system then it can be done by 6th of the month but there is no relaxation for payment of tax liability of March.  In this case also you have to discharge your liability by 31st March.
