NR 1,000 + INR 100 per day (from 31st daysubject to a maximum amount of Rs 20000.)

it means panelty for delay beyond30 days will be 3100(31days)|+100 rupees per day
but it could never be more than 20000 rupees
3100 should be read as 1100
