Sir,
We have received Rent from our Lessee for Rs.18950
( include rent Rs.16714, Service tax Rs.1722, Maintanance Charge Rs.514).
Now how can in voucher entry in tally 9 .
kindly help this as soon as possible.

As per my view, there should be one more entry at the time of receipt of money from lessee. i.e.
Bank/Cash A/c Dr. 18950.00
To XYZ ltd A/c Cr. 18950.00
