dear expert....

if the composite taxable person receive rent income Rs.120000 p.a then is he liable to pay gst @ 1% (as per other turnover)....?

as per amendment if the composite dealer supply taxable service up to Rs.500000 then it is exempt.

***The Amendment is not in Force...

Composition dealer can't make any Services including rent...
So, He must opt out from composition scheme from. when he received rental income.
Service oriented can't opt for composition scheme.
no he cannot supply services so has to opt out of composit scheme
