 first of all nothing to worry,they can do nothing like that,if they do that they too will be questioned by ICAI for not maintaing register to track attendance.already form 108 sent also it is acknowledged by ur principal,so nw ur not under ne obligation to work,only if u wish to,no one can force.hope u gt my point.

Dear Rakesh,

First of all I am feeling sorry after hearing your problem. Your next attempt is in May 2012 and you can wait for 1 month as desired by your principle as you have already submitted your form -108 with institute.

So I would advise you to wait for I month and focus on your study. At this point of time any sort of tussle is not advisable. By the way I do not understand the reason for putting you on hold for 1 month.

The other partner is of the view that i have not shown the form 108 to him under whom i m not the article. He wanted to show no. of days of leave in excess what is stipulated by the institute. My seniors also did the same thing. He is now of the view that u should work for one month or else he will write a letter to the institute saying that he has taken leave for 300 days. Can he do so now. He is one of the partner in the firm. The principal under whom have also changed his stance now after giving me signature. 

It’s very unfortunate bro…however please wait for other suitable opinions to help you in this matter.

They don't stand a chance, but still, rightly said by Mr. Ankur Sir, don't enter into any type of tension as of now.

I have to start my studies. If i come for one month then attempt will be over . then i have to appear for name sake and fail. 

Choose your priority, anyway, they can't harm you, best is you to talk them about your exams, who knows they may give-in, if they don't agree then politely disagree with them and go for your studies, as they have signed your Form 108, they can't do you any harm, rather they will not even think of doing it,

Just Focus your study.............Now , your CA has no right, whatsoever, on U.

Start preparing for your exams. Don't reply or revert anything back to your EX- CA...Boss.....

They don't have any sufficient documentary evidence against u.

Rahul bhaiya : He is blackmailing me that i will now write a letter saying that there occured an typo error and the leave mentioned will be doubled. but we in our office are not maintaining any attendance register for the past two years. and the biggest problem is none in our office have maintained work diary. He left all my seniors but he is taking a chance with me. what should i do now. should i go or should i leave. Can i give complaint to institute before they write a letter.

If u did not commit anything wrong, then there is no need to worr.

No one in this world force u to d anything against your wish.

If he do anything wrong to u.......then it somehow also affects your family too....Warn your CA for the same of his Act whichsimply against ethics.

If they dont maintain register it is violation of the rules and they will be punished aswell.they wont do that or else just tell him that you will come again and work after giving your exams in may(will not work but just try)
