How to show the reversal of CENVAT credit (opening balnace) in service tax ST - 3 Return.

opening balance reversal means u have opted to exit from cenvat credit, from 1st april of the year.
just put zero in opening balance and select the exemption notification,
its not reversal , its lapse of unutilized credit in new year.
