Re:- CA FINAL(CORPORATE AND ALLIED LAWS) –WINDING UP QUESTIONS WERE OUT OF SYLLABUS
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had appeared in CA FINAL MAY , 2011 in which Questions nos.3(b) and 6(a) of Corporate and Allied Laws paper were out of syllabus.In the students journal of February 2011,pg -25 it was given that only para 9.4 of winding up is relevant for the students appearing for may,2011.But the questions asked in the examination were not from the para 9.4 but from the other parts of the chapter. Attached please find the said journal for your ready reference and kind perusal.
I would request you to kindly justify the students who have attempted this questions.
