My friend had Incorporated a company in 2016 and he added me as a director . He didn't run the business and there is no bank account opened as well , The company has not done any Annual compliance from 2016 .
Now we are looking to sell the company to any interested buyer . Can anyone help me how to find the buyer for this company selling .
Rather than selling it, it would better if you file all the compliance up to date and close the company.
