what is the gst rate on self drive rental car services??

18% gst rate on this kind of service
but it is more like leasing motor vehicles... does not it? and i read an article on it where gst apply 65% included in the rental price but i am not sure.

rate applicable 65% of 28% + 15% i.e., 33.20% , if assets acquired and leased before 01-07-2017.
and what about after 1-07-2017? is it 18% only?? could you give me a section reference also?
