I paid Self Assesment tax on 25th March 2015 and Filed ITR for the financial year 1st April 2014-31st March 2014
When i Open my 26AS - It is not reflecting on that. Does that mean that Something is wrong?

Yes... there is a time lag... you need to wait for some more time..
Generally it takes 3-5 workings days to get the 26AS updated. If it was not updated, you may call the TDS-CPC(TRACES) toll free no.1800 103 0344
But before that you can verify your challan status with all the challan details to know what went wrong. I herebelow give the link:

The period you have qouted"1st April 2014-31st March 2014" seems to be incorrect.
It should be 31st March 2015

No jaya, u can not file the return before the completion of financial year.
You can check the challan on Oltas site also....
If you pay tax by Cash, it'll take 6-7 days to get credited in 26AS & If you pay by a CTS Cheque then it might take 10-11 days to reflect in 26AS.Non-CTS Cheque goes for clearing only 1 day in a week (i.e.) on Friday's, in this case it may take around 14-15 days to get rejected in Form 26AS. Have patience. As suggested by Mr.Santosh Kumar, you may either choose to check the Chadian status enquiry or I would recommend you to wait for a week more. It'll definitely show. Verify whether the assessment year selected by you is correct.

If your financial year was 1st April 2014-31st March 2015 then how did you file your Itr because Itr for the assessmentyr 2015-16 has not been notified by CBDT yet.
