Sections applicable to Govt Company

Section 293(1) is applicable to a public company, or a private company which is a subsidiary of a
public company. So it that govt company(pvt ltd) is subsidiary of any public company, then provisions of section 293(1)(d) will be applicable.

Dear Friends,

Please read Section 620 carefully, hope you will get answer from said section. Actually gov.company are exempted from companies act and only few section are applicable to gov. companies subject to some modification and alteration.
