Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an individual with a PG Diploma in Business Management, working as a self-employed marketing consultant, is eligible for presumptive taxation under Section 44ADA. While one perspective suggests eligibility due to business and management consultancy falling under professional services, another argues against it, stating the profession isn't explicitly listed by the CBDT for 'other professionals'.

Yes, He can take benifit of Section. 44ADA as Providing Professional Services as Business and management consultancy activities or other professionals services.

He is not eligible because he is not cover in the notified list as issued by CBDT related to other Profession

Other Profession
