i want to know we have to file director declaration to regional director under section 25 for incorporating a company in delhi under non -judicial stamp paper of requiste value
so what is the value of stamp paper

If the no. of director is two then non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50 is sufficient, but in case of more than two directors then non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 will be required for declaration of directors.
