As per notice the assessee is not registered under sections ..........so and so....
There is a claim of exemption of 148739/- in your return, which is being disallowed as per notice bcoz yours is not registered entity.
Will reply tomorrow. Okk

It is not registered under any section of income tax.. i filled belated return in a hurry on the last day., so i made a mistake in choosing correct return

As it is not registered under Income Tax Act, the exemption claimed of Rs -------- (under Part B-TI item No 4) by you in the return is being disallowed and that is right and you accept it.
So log in to eFiling site, and submit response as "agreed".
Pay tax when you receive intimation order under 143(1)(a)
Note that there is no issue as far as ITR 7 is concerned.

What are the slab rates for trust., because this trust has got an income of only 1.4lakh
