I need guidance for Secretarial Audit, Compliance, and Due Diligence subject. I am a company secretary professional programme student. I have passed 3 group of final and have a exemption in 1 subject. Only Due Diligence subject remains to become Company Secretary but from last 2 attempts, I am not able to clear it. The subject is very easy but I don't know how I fail in it. This time I attempt for 95 marks and expected to get 55+ but got only 40 marks.
Kindly help me. Your one suggestion can possibly change my December result.
