if a person has taken transfer in his first year articleship, can he take transfer second time in his second year ?????? if yes then on what ground??

ICAI has mentioned few cases in which transfer is possible even for 2nd time such as marriage in case of a girl article only in case she will have to transfer to another state because of her marriage,for rest of the cases plz contact ICAI,they will provide u the relevant details,Good luck
