is every assesse who has turnover less than 1 crore is covered under section 44 AD..?? please comment its urgent...!!

for those assessee who wants to go for presumptine taxation scheme(PTS scheme) u/s 44AD is only covered and not all assessee, except those bussiness list mentioned in relevant section are compulsory to opt PTS scheme.
Turnover less den 1 crore and not having brokerage n commission business, not having professional income and not having agency business. And it is not compulsory to opt for pts even if turnover is less den 1 crore. Plz enlighten if wrong. Thanx
