if payment is made to same person per day per transaction then also rs. 10000 applies as a whole?

If any bill paid does not exceed 10K or an aggregate of payments per day is within said limit; no dis-allowance.
aggregate of payment includes differnt transactions or one one transaction of same party
aggregate payments includes payments made in respect of different bills also
same party different bills are accumulated for 10k
