Sec 372A of Companies Act

I would like to know if trade advance granted by a truck financing company to another company in which its directors are interested under Sec 301 is covered under the ambit of Sec 372A of Companies act dealing with inter-corporate loans and investments.

It would be immensely useful if you could supplement your conclusion with legal judgement.?
