Can leasing of premises and charging rent for the same be covered under related party transaction?? Do we require to have separate item in Section 297 application for the same...??

Section 297 covers transactions being purchase of goods and rendering of services
Leasing of property for rent would ideally be covered under "services" and hence should be covered by Sec 297.
