Dear,

the icome tax depart has freezed the company bank acct against tax due amtg to Rs 11 lacs and bank having the bal of rs ,10 lac, but neither bank or department taking that money from my accts, since last 2years, co loosing the interest on the same and departmenti is not considering the credit ,and bank is not allow us to operate the bank account ,

kindly suggest the remedy
