Is this final asseseement order (refund granted )
Are there any chances that we get further query from deptt/ asking for any report etc

NO.

Yes, in case of any information not matching with ITR filed.

You will get final assessment order u/s 143 (1), and yes you will get any query in future from department.

moreover how long we need to check online e filing income tax web site -(Is there any query )?

we usually check in -
e proceedings,
notice u/s 139 (5),
For your information,
For your action etc.

filed ITR 3- loss from f&o before 31st july
As turnover below 1 cr and Total income this year less than 2.5 lacs (loss amount is high)
So did not attach tax audit report.

YES.

For any query from CPC ...... SMS over mobile and Email over registered mail address of assessee are issued, so no need to be on constant alert on efiling site.
