Sir, my Private limited company incorporated in FY.2024-25. Can I opt 115BAB now?

No. You should have commenced manufacturing on or before 31 March 2024.
No, The business must be established and registered on or after October 1, 2019, and it must start producing goods on or before March 31, 2024.
