Dear Friend,

As per notification issued by SEBI on August 26, 2009 the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 has been replaced by SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009. Now these Regulation will apply. Please find enclosed Regulation as above.

SEBI has announced many guidelines. Please clarify which guideline you want.

New Updated Guidelines Of the Sebi will be avaliable in the website of SEBI. Plz specify the exact guidelines of sebi.
