I have not filed the ITR for the year a.y. 2011-12. but I have sold shares of Rs. 5 Lacs which I have purchased 4 years back in 1.5 Lacs. I have received notice for detailed scrutiny. which form I should fill for showing LTCG. as I have not prepared any capital account and balance sheet. how and which form I should fill. or can I give manual IT Return.
pls guide me.

Better consult a local CA to apper before tax authority and prepare reply. Based on your bank statement, any other income or receipts, ITR can be selected.
