I received the same notice. Please suggest what action needs to be taken.

Yes , I have also received the same notice.

There is a technical glitch in processing the return , since this notice is send automatically to all LLP and partnership firms , who has filed ITR 5.

I have responded as per below

" We have Not claimed any deduction In Schedule 80P, deduction u/s 80P(2)(e). There has been technical error / glitch while processing the return "

As per news read by me there is some error in this matter

I have also received the same notice.  I have responded as per below  " We have Not claimed any deduction In Schedule 80P so reprocess my itr asap. "

This is a technical glitch your return will be proceed shortly confirm department.

Anyone got corrected mail in this regard ? or do we need to respond?

The Income Tax Department mistakenly sent notices regarding Section 80P deductions due to a technical glitch. They have acknowledged the error and will refund taxes paid by affected taxpayers in response to these notices.
