Satisfaction of Charges

Dear Sir,

We have to attach satisfaction letter given by the banker with F-17. It is mandatory. Regarding signing of document, 1st it should be signed by authorised person of the company, then by the Banker and then CS or CA or CWA. It can  be signed in order only.

1. regarding yr first rpl its menditery to attach scanned copy of Bank  satisfaction  letter.

2. FORM 17 can be signed by MD ,director ,secretary or Manager and in case  of foreign company it can be signed by AR.

The authorised person should be a Director or Manager?????? Bcoz DIN or PAN No is mandatory????

i m talking abt foregin company

and in that case foregin company have a AR in india that must be an indian

so he may be the sign the form by using PAN No..........

ya AR may be CA ,CS as well
