SAP Stock Valuation

You can have valuation of a Particular Material Code  via Transaction Code - MM03 and Select Accounting / Costing, you shall know the Moving Avg. Price of that particular Material in SAP.

If you want to know the entire inventory lying in stock, then it can be checked via Transaction Code - MB5L, Just give Co. Code, Val. Area and Select Display Indiv. Matl. Lines.

How can I know whether the stock is containing VAT component or not?

U can track the entries in T code MB51 and see all the component of the amount. press F2 and than F9 on invoice entry.
