Sample balance sheet & profit & loss account for small hotel

Dear Sir / Madam.,

I received Books of accounts from a Small Hotel. I'll prepare accounts in Tally. But, I don't know exact Ledger for Hotel business. So, Please give some of the Ledgers name for Tally and preaparation of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss accounts statements...

Also please provide sample BS & PandL or Want accounting Heads...
