Sales tax
In reselling product, what if i receive by purchase bill of later date but the sales date is prior that ..for example sales invoice date is 10th oct 2012 but the purchase invoice date is 13th jan,2013....so does any questions will come from department????

Yes, obviously, question will arise.
Only after purchase you will be able to sale the product in stock. Withou having product in stock you can not sale the same.
