can i issue tax invoice to unragisterd dealer and what is deatail reqired while salling tp unragistered dealer

You can make supply to unregistered dealers charging GST - GSTIN - unregistered - mention the state code
only mention code in invoice
Type of invoice, depends upon status of Seller.
So you can issue Tax invoice to unregistered purchaser also.
Formate will be same as suppy to registered dealer.
