Sale in transit
I m registered in rajasthan.dealing in petro product. when I purchase petro product from hpcl pajab. ewbil is for to deliver at my business place. good are in movement, still not entered in Rajasthan, at that time can I sale that goods to another dealer yes or no?

No...... I. mid way cannot be possible.
You cannot change the E-Way Bill once it is generated. If you could have sold the goods to any third party before generating the E-Way Bill, then it would have been possible ( "BILL TO SHIP TO CASE" ).
