sale deed And agreements
Mr x name is entered in ap government records.but mr x sold to Mr y but Mr y not having sale deed.mr y sold to Mr Z through that agreement. Can I purchase land and register in my name with that agreements?

Yes, provided Mr. X gives consent to register final sale deed in your favour!!!
You can purchase but make sure to make the sale deed this time with all the details and consent of Mr. X.
