plz help suppose there is firm "ABC" in which A & his yonger son "B" is partner & both are working patner & both are getting salary. Another firm XYZ in which his both son "B" & "C" are partner can "A" also take salary from firm "XYZ" plz answer of above query with suitable section, rules, notification, circular or case law if any.

Why will A draw salary from XYZ, when he is no where related to any activities of the firm. He is not even the partner.
