An employee has received salary from company located in Singapore in his Indian bank account. other than reporting under salary income, are there any annexures or forms to be submitted while filing ITR?

Whether he works from home in India?

Whether he gets form 16 from the company?

Any TDS deduction?

Yes, he works from home. No, only salary pay slips denominated in foreign currency but amount received in Indian currency & no TDS deduction.
If you are appointed as employee of the company (and not under any business contract), then you can declare the income under salary head. No more forms needed to be filed.
