SIR,

TAX DEDUCTED FOR SALARY RECEIVABLE DUE TO COURT CASE BUT HE CANNOT RECEIVE THAT AMOUNT SO FAR.

IF HE WANT TO FILE RETURN HOW?

CAN FILE IT CONSIDER HE RECEIVED OR NOT?

Follow form 16.... if declared as payable, consider it  as taxable amount.

SIR,

HE IS NOT RECEIVED FORM 16 , HE HAVE ONLY INCOMETAX CALCULATION STATEMENT, AS PER THAT HE WAS DEDUCTED 53150/- AS TDS.

ONE MORE THING SIR , HE RECEIVED GRATUITY 1300000/- AND PF 530000/-

CAN I MAKE THIS CALCULATION

APRIL & MAY 18 HE RECEIVED SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS (3 MONTHS SALARY)    343224/-

ADD & LESS  PF& GRATUITY                                                                                                           1830000/-
