Salary Increment

I joined in an Institute which is run by an Educational Trust as Office Superintendent.

I see office employees working there for above 25 years with no nominal incremental benefits. However the increments and benefits are given for Teaching Staffs on a regular basis.

What is the salary increments that should be provided for a person who has completed 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 18 years, 20, 23, 25 and so.

The candidates are
Stenographer & Computer Operator 13500, 26 Years
Bank Errands Officer 14000, 26 Years
Office Manager 17000, 30 Years.
