HRA 50% for metro cities, 40 % of others cities 10% of excess rent paid over basic salary. ( Calculation will be on Basic + DA+Commission)
E.S.I @ 1.75 % of Gross salary maximum upto 15,000/- Salary
P.F. 12% of Basic Salary maximum deduction 780/-
Except it other components not fixed by percentage calculations.
