Sir,

employee salary is Rs 16000/- Can we pay via Cash 10000/- in one day and 6000/- in second day it's allowed

Yes. It is allowed. The 10k limit is per single person per day.

Yes, it is allowed becaus eyou are making the cash payments on different dates.
