You can not take benefit of scheme in any of the provision . 

Basic condition is that any show cause notice or appeal arising out of show cause notice is pending as on 30th June 2019 .

However , in case  you have admitted tax liability in your return filed before 30 JUne 2019 , you can get benefit under " amount in arrear " clause
