Is one or more Resident welfare association can work in the same area... we want to register an RWA in our area because currently, RWA is not working. so can we register new RWA also we have the support of the majority of residents of our locality in writing?

..sir, can you tell me if we will register RWA ( AREA OF WORKING:Area of working shall be N.C.T. of Delhi ) so any boundation for any specific area/locality for us.
i have another question is that if Currently Locality RWA Members are not elected by residents so have we need any the commissioner of RWA association of the region permits?
As per by-laws adopted, [check memorandum of Association], there would be liability of holding election at certain period of time interval, for election of office bearers. If the procedure not followed...... the members can complain to the commissioner for further action.
Sir, how to decided RWA working area by AREA OF WORKING which is mention during RWA register time or by other things?
