Mr.'X'is residing with his father 'Y' in a village in his ancestral property property. His father has no documentary evidence of this property as it is in possession since so many generations. Now Mr X wants to do some service rendering business for he require GST registration. Electricity connection at this property is in the name of any other back generation mamber's name.

He has taken certificates of residential status for him and his father from gram pradhan.and No Objection Certificate to take registration from his father and a self declaration regarding this fact.

with the documents Mr.X has (residential status certificates, No objection certificate from his father, and a self-declaration), he should be able to support his GST registration application for a service-rendering business from the ancestral property. He should check with the local GST authorities for any specific requirements or clarifications needed for his case.
