Rules of MRP on imported Offset Inks

Dear Friends,

I have one query. We are manufacturer as well as imported of Offiset Inks and have separete excise registration for both.

I want to know whether it is mandatory for a trader to put MRP and name of importer on the imported offset Ink?

If it is necessary to put the name of Importer and MRP, then whether it will not be treated as manufacuring process?

Please help me out
