When exactly are the updated RTPs for the May 2011 Final (New course) going to be available in the institute's chapters?

Also, when will the suggested answers for Nov 2010 come through?

RTP of May'11 will be available 1 month before exam.

Suggested answers for Nov'10 exams are expected to be published within this month(Dec'10).
