data gets filled in nsdl's rpu 1.3 but validation does not work. hv tried with java jre 1.6, 1.7 & 1.8.
also triied creating fvu.txt & validating with fvu 4.8 , again validation does not work.
NSDL is unable to sort out the problem.
What could be the problem ?
